Standards

Core values that we live

Client Respect and Dignity

Our ABA clinic prioritizes client dignity, rights, and well-being by providing evidence-based treatments and maintaining a focus on client-centered care. Ongoing professional development, compassionate support, and collaboration with families are essential to creating a safe, effective, and trustworthy treatment environment.

Professional Development

At Autism Care Therapy, we insist on continuous education as a core part of professional development for all employees. We provide ongoing training and encourage participation in workshops, conferences, and certification programs to ensure that our team stays informed about the latest research and best practices in Applied Behavior Analysis.

We Follow the Golden Rule

By practicing empathy and understanding, we create a more compassionate environment where everyone feels valued and supported, fostering stronger connections and a sense of belonging in our communities.

Informed Consent and Honesty

Ensure clients and their families are fully informed about treatment plans, changes, and any risks or alternatives. Employees should communicate transparently and honestly, setting realistic expectations and clarifying the scope of their qualifications and the limitations of treatment, as appropriate.

Accountability and Integrity

Uphold accountability by accepting responsibility for one’s actions, acknowledging mistakes, and reporting any unethical behavior observed within the organization. Employees should act with integrity, adhere to company policies, and demonstrate reliability in all interactions with clients, colleagues, and supervisors.
